PESHAWAR, PAKISTAN//The Taliban aggressive is using advanced techniques of communication which ranges from internet and text message-social media like Facebook and Twitter to spread their message.
The militant, who operate on both sides of the border between Pakistan and Afghanistan, has launched a public relations campaign that is strong in both countries, which makes it difficult for the two Governments and their international allies to win the war of words with the Taliban.
Soon after a militant attack took place in one of the two countries, Mr Mujahid or Pakistani counterparts, Ehsanullah Ehsan, calls journalists to claim responsibility.
